At the office of Lifestyle Management Counseling, we believe that healing and growth are best nurtured in an environment of connection, support, and trust. Just as no one should walk through life’s challenges alone, no counselor does this work alone either. Behind the care we provide is a team of dedicated professionals—each bringing their own expertise, perspective, and heart to the work we do.

We know that finding the right fit in counseling is deeply personal. That’s why we want to take the time to introduce you to the clinicians who make up our team. Each of them offers a unique approach to therapy. Our hope is that as you learn about each of us, you’ll feel more confident in choosing the right therapist to support your journey.
